2. Your right to withdraw (consumers in the European Union / Italy)
If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his or her trade, business or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale within 14 (fourteen) days without having to give any reason, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Codice del consumo) and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party authorised by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you ordered multiple goods in one order which are delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party authorised by you) acquire physical possession of the last good.
3. How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may use the following options:
- Send an email to info@khunryonyrkhak.world stating that you wish to withdraw from the contract, and include your order number (if you have it), your name and the product(s) you are returning.
- Send a letter by post to: Khunryonyrkhak, Piazza della Scala, 23, 00153 Roma RM, Italy, with the same information.
- You may use the model withdrawal form provided by the European Commission (available at European Commission model withdrawal form), but it is not mandatory.
We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal (e.g. by email) without undue delay. You must then return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed otherwise or unless we have failed to inform you that you must bear the return costs (in which case we will bear the cost). We recommend that you use a traceable delivery service and keep proof of posting.
4. Condition of returned goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop, but you must not use the product beyond what is necessary to determine whether you wish to keep it. If the product is unsealed or used beyond what is necessary for inspection, we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect the diminished value, or we may refuse the return if the product is no longer in a resaleable condition, in accordance with applicable law.
Please return the product in its original packaging where possible, together with any accessories or documentation that were supplied. This helps us process your return quickly and avoid damage in transit.
5. Refunds
We will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the goods back or you supply evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. If we have not offered to collect the goods ourselves, we may deduct from the reimbursement the direct cost of return delivery if you chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard option we offered.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product or quantity, please withdraw from the current contract in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the product you want. Once we have received the returned goods and processed your refund, you may order again via our Website.
7. Faulty or damaged goods
If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described, you have legal rights under the Consumer Code (e.g. repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract and refund). These rights are in addition to your right of withdrawal. Please contact us as soon as possible with details and, if possible, photographs. We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a refund, replacement or repair in accordance with the law. In such cases we may arrange and pay for the return of the faulty or damaged goods.
8. Business customers
If you are not a consumer (e.g. you are purchasing in the course of your trade or business), the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Code may not apply. Other terms may apply as agreed in your order or in our Terms of Service. Please contact us to discuss returns in a business context.
